IESA Masterclass on Green Hydrogen

India is deeply committed to achieving aspirational climate goals of becoming energy independent by 2047 and achieving Net Zero by 2070. As the global consensus towards Net Zero gathers momentum and renewable energy sources like solar and wind power continue to gain traction, the demand for Green Hydrogen and its derivatives is set to rise.
At present, India is among the top three Hydrogen producer and consumer countries in the world. Recent trends and analysis indicate that, driven by technology advancements, reduction in costs of renewable energy & electrolysers, and aggressive national strategies by major economies, Green Hydrogen is likely to become cost-competitive in applications across industry, mobility, and other sectors within a short span.
To aid this transition and to capture the economic benefits at hand, the Indian government launched the National Hydrogen Energy Mission (NHEM). The mission aims at enhancing domestic production capacity, creating a supportive regulatory framework, and fostering international collaborations to accelerate the adoption of Hydrogen energy in the country. India's Hydrogen production capacity is expected to reach 5MMT by 2030 generating over six lakh jobs.
Against this backdrop, IESA Academy is pleased to announce a two-day, in-person training program: IESA Masterclass on Green Hydrogen. This program is designed to explain the policy framework, targets laid down by government, drivers for Hydrogen, current & future market trends, production technologies, storage & transportation solutions, safety & risk factors, various applications, and roadmap for 2030. This masterclass training will not only provide insightful theory sessions by the experts but is also an opportunity to learn through lab visits and demonstrations.
