OPEN WEBINAR ON Simulation For EV and Battery Start-Ups

India Energy Storage Alliance (IESA) in association with MathWorks is conducting an Open Webinar on “Simulation: A key enabler for prototyping to production in developing the electrification ecosystem,” a free virtual event on 28th February 2023, for the Energy and e-Mobility sectors.
With advancements in Electrification, the industry leaders are facing several challenges right from building and integrating power generation, transmission, and grid modernization to building electric vehicles and the
required charging infrastructure. Simulation can be a powerful enabler to overcome these challenges and bring efficiency to development. This presentation looks at how simulation can be used to deliver electrification on a scale while keeping on the constraints of cost, quality, and time.

• Microgrid System Development and Analysis (70mins)
• Energy management system for better planning, dispatch, and resilience operation
• Simulating microgrids with renewables (solar/wind), EVs, and energy storage systems
• Designing and validating Energy Management System algorithm and testing grid codes and standards such as IEEE 1547
